What to bring and know about fishing with us.
The following is what you should bring on your trip:
      Alaska sport fishing license
King Salmon Stamp (if fishing for)
      Warm clothing/rain gear
      Waterproof footwear
      Food and drinks
      Camera

You can either meet us at the Anchor Pt. tractor launch, or at our place.  We are located at Mile 148.4 Sterling Hwy, 12 miles past the town of Ninilchik, 8 miles before Anchor Point.

Depending on when you make your reservations, you may be able to catch fresh King or Silver salmon along with Pacific Halibut.  The average halibut in Cook Inlet is around 25 pounds, with many topping over 100 pounds, and even an occasional monster going 200 pounds plus!  We launch out of Anchor Pt., saving travel time on the water.    What time we go out depends on the tides and the type of fishing we'll be doing.  If fishing for Kings, we typically go out early and troll near the shoreline before heading out for halibut and/or silvers.
